Due to Our Extremely low prices customer must pay for Shipping our website is designed to calculate your shipping costs at Check out. Other shipping options are also available at check out for actual rates from UPS & USPS.
For all Canadian residences, rates are calculated after you enter your address and check (Customer is responsible for any duties or brokerage fees that maybe imposed by the Canadian Government).
“Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”
TAX: Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses: Current rate is 7.75%.
There is a 30 day return policy. Item(s) must be received by Save & Tell Outlet within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items in their original condition and original packaging can be returned for a refund minus shipping charges. Used or laundered items are not eligible for any refund. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice and we suggest you keep note of the tracking info as reference. Items opened and removed from the packaging: we will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee on any item removed from the packaging and unfolded. This fee covers the time it takes to repackage and inspect items to make sure they are fit for resale. Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued. We do not accept COD returns of any kind. Refusal or non-acceptance of delivery will results in 20% restocking Fee. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be initiated.
Order Processing and Shipment
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service for the U.S., Canada, and Australia is FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Standard delivery times are as follows:
- Continental US addresses: 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.
- Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 7-10 business days from the date of
- Canada: 4-5 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipments: 10-12 business days from the date of shipment.
Other International Deliveries: The delivery time for international shipments is typically 10-12 days, but can take up to 14 days depending upon location. We have a network of international warehouses to help expedite your delivery and utilize local postal systems and couriers for door-to-door service.
